Goods: Physical robotic devices, spare parts, and accessories.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate contact details, ensure safe access to premises for service delivery, and comply with operating instructions. Unauthorized modifications to devices void these terms.

4. Charges and Payment Terms

Details of charges for services, information products, and goods are provided at the time of order. Accepted payment methods and due dates are specified at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Service appointments may be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the agreed date at no extra cost. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund due to resource planning. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.

5.2 Information Products

Refund requests for digital information products must be submitted within 14 days of purchase if the product is defective or unusable. To request a refund, submit your details via the contact form. Valid requests will be confirmed within 5 business days and refunded within 14 days of approval. Downloads beyond two completed sessions may void eligibility.

5.3 Goods

Physical products may be sent back within 30 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Customers bear shipping charges unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection, approved items will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days. Defective items qualify for a prepaid shipping label at our expense.

5.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain personalized training sessions or on-demand consultations are non-refundable due to immediate access to proprietary material. These services may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice. This policy ensures fair allocation of expert time and resources.

These terms are governed by Swiss law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Zurich, Switzerland.
